In
February of 2004, we had an unfortunate incident in our home.
Our washing machine flooded our second story of our condo
and caused a substantial amount of damage. As you can imagine,
this is a most unpleasant experience. However your wonderful
staff made this difficult time much, much easier for us.
First, we want to express our deepest appreciation to both
Pablo and Ely for all their kindness and support in making
the choices for the carpet, hardwood floors and the shutters.
Their advice proved to be invaluable and we are most happy
with the results. They were always there when we needed them
and responded to our needs immediately. We have recommended
them without hesitation to all of our neighbors and friends.
Secondly, we would like to let you know what a wonderful carpet
laying crew that you have. Luis, Israel and Isidro were a
delight to have in our home. They were extremely competent
and professionally at all times and their work is exceptional!
Lastly, we want to let you know how nice it is to still have
a “family business” like yours in our neighborhood. Our family
has purchased carpet and flooring from your company for the
last twenty-five years and each time we have been very pleased
with the results.
Thank you all for everything. You have all helped us through
